Most would expect that during the holiday season, that the podcast would slow down. And for the many of you who think that it wouldn't be humanly possible to slow down the podcast anymore, you're in luck.

And while I would love to have a completely restful holiday season, Castrol will have my head if I do not make more podcasts.

So...What does this mean? It means that I will be really amping up the number of podcasts I am doing. In fact, I will be doing LITHCasts almost daily. They won't be so bad. I'll just discuss the news of the day. Naturally, they will be a great deal shorter than normal LITHCasts.

We need your downloads!!!

Although, there will be one little caveat. I will be away from my blogging system as I will be in Houston, Texas. And so, I will be posting all the new podcasts not on the mainpage, but on the forums. So, take a look at the post.

Don't worry if you subscribe through iTunes because all the episodes will be on iTunes.

Many of you may have noticed that we are currently experiencing Forums issues. It appears that people are getting a 500 server error accompanied by this image:



Well, I have contacted our server guy and he is on it. He says that there are some MySQL (databases that forums use) problems. We should have it resolved soon, but who really knows.

Anyway, thanks for your understanding and hopefully we will have the forums up soon.

Alright, so as promised, I have made a few Dashboard Widgets for LITHCast. I am currently working on three, but this one has come out of "beta." This particular Widget will allow you to play the most recent 25 LITHCast Podcast. This is for those who just like to have things on their Dashboard.

This is what it looks like:



Just select your podcast from the list and listen away!

This widget is Mac only and require at least: Mac OSX 10.4 Tiger

It's not that I don't love Windows and using a cross-platform solution like Yahoo Widgets, but the Mac Dashboard one is sooo easy to code for.
