Wow! This week came and went! In my opinion, this is the best week of updates we have had ever. It really is tough to pick the best. Between WiFi, Towel bosses, and Snake details, it really is hard to pick a favorite. Least favorite isn't nearly as hard this week.

I am happy that the updates were so good this week, but let us just have a moment of silence for the Nintendo NSider Forums. Recently, Nintendo announced to people that the forums were closed. Personally, I have an opinion on this, but I will save it for the next podcast. I just wanted to say that I think that if it weren't for the NSider Forums, I would never have became so interested in Nintendo and LITHCast might not exist.

So, without further adieu, let's begin.

So for my least favorite update (yes, I am doing this one first) is the Golden Hammer.


Now I don't think I really need to justify this one in great detail, but suffice it to say that an item which behaves similarly to an item in Melee is not going to make it to the top of the list in a week like this.

Now on to my favorite. And the winner is...

The Bosses from Subspace.

Now, compared to WiFi, I actually don't think this is as groundbreaking. I mean, people knew there would be bosses, however WiFi didn't impress me. If they had added voice chat and killed friend codes, then it would be #1.

I am going to go through every boss one by one and give you my thoughts. A lot of the bosses I thought were pretty stupid, but that doesn't stop me from making this update #1.

Alright, so first we have Roader

The way that the site makes it sound makes me think they will have many of these.
But I digress. I think that this boss is kind of a neat idea even though it is kind of cheesy. I would like to say though that this boss reminds me a lot of those vehicles from Kirby Airride.



Now, on to Poppant

This is one of those ones that I think is just dumb. I mean, it is just some guy that runs around with candy and presents in his pants.

Now Bytan.

I think these guys are okay, but I have a feeling that these guys are going to be pretty annoying in the actual game.

Okay, Trowlon.


This one is just dumb. I mean. its like a boss, but its a towel. Just ponder that.

Okay now for my favorite boss, Shaydas.


To me, this guy screams Twilight Princess Boss. And having Link in the picture doesn't hurt that image either. I just think he is really cool and would believe it if I was told that he was a boss that was almost in Twilight Princess.

Alright, now we've got Auroros.

I don't know why, but somehow this guy reminds me of Tippi from Super Paper Mario.


Ok. Greap.

I think he is fine, but I do think he needs to be improved. What I mean is that it seems like not much effort was put into the design. I mean, everything aside from the blades has no texture. I think a touch up is in order for him.

As for the ROB Squad. There isn't much to say. If you liked ROB, you like him, if not, then you don't
